Early voting in Wisconsin slowed by label printing problems

Printing of the labels is said to have been delayed due to constant changes in the mailing regulations. To catch up, some clerks reportedly worked overtime to print and apply the labels. The state’s election commission staff guided the clerks on how to create the labels more efficiently, but that advice came after many clerks were already behind schedule. It
