U.S. cites a litany of rights violations in Israel, Gaza and West Bank
The U.S. State Department annually provides a report on human rights practices worldwide. In its most recent report, it has cited a litany of human rights violations happening in Israel, as well as the Gaza Strip and West Bank – the Palestinian territories. The report is a thorough analysis on the state of human rights in these regions and includes incidents such as unlawful or arbitrary killings, restrictions on civil liberties, and corruption among other issues. It should be noted that the report does not bring about immediate policy changes
