Amazon sued by D.C. AG for allegedly excluding neighborhoods from Prime delivery

The lawsuit claims that Amazon has been excluding certain neighborhoods from its Prime delivery service on the basis of race and socio-economic status, which is discriminatory and against the law. The D.C. Attorney General argues that Amazon’s policies result in “unfairly higher prices and reduced service quality and selection for all consumers.” Amazon, however, asserts that it continues to invest in, and expand delivery services to reach more customers regardless of their location or background. It’s worth noting that the outcome of the case could
