Supreme Court faces pressure to decide if Trump is on the 2024 ballot
It is unlikely that the Supreme Court will make a decision on whether or not President Donald Trump appears on the 2024 ballot. The decision on the ballot in 2024 is ultimately up to each individual state, and the Supreme Court is not likely to get involved in this process. It is possible, however, that the Supreme Court could intervene if an individual state has an issue with ballot inclusion that would require a judicial ruling. For example, if a state were to pass a law restricting a particular party from appearing on the ballot, the Supreme Court could hear a First Amendment challenge to that law if it were brought to their attention.
