Grayscale CEO Claps Back At Jamie Dimon For Saying Bitcoin Should Be Banned
Grayscale CEO Barry Silbert has fired back at JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon after the latter said that Bitcoin should be banned. In a tweet, Silbert accused Dimon of trying to stifle innovation and protect Wall Street’s stranglehold over the financial industry. He also noted that it was hypocritical of Dimon to criticize Bitcoin while his own bank has been working to develop a digital currency of its own. Silbert also said that he looked forward to the day when Bitcoin’s value surpasses the company’s market capitalization.
