SEBA Bank Rebrands to AMINA Bank, Shoots for Global Expansion
SEBA Bank, a Swiss-based financial services firm dedicated to providing crypto and blockchain-based financial services, has rebranded to AMINA Bank and is planning to expand its services globally. The rebranding marks the beginning of a new chapter for the firm, which was originally founded in 2019 as a digital asset bank designed to cater to the growing needs of the crypto and blockchain industry.
The rebrand follows the completion of SEBA’s approvals by FINMA (Financial Market Supervisory Authority) for a banking and securities dealer license, and its subsequent launch of services for institutional and retail clients in Switzerland, Europe, and Singapore.
The firm will now be focusing on expanding its reach to more countries, while also providing services such as onboarding and managing institutional grade clients, lending and liquidity services, and integrated services with its parenting partner SEBA Crypto AG, such as token issuance and secondary trading. SEBA’s rebrand reflects its vision to help bridge traditional and digital financial systems and to create an interconnected, global banking experience.
In addition to its new branding, AMINA will be leveraging its regulated status and relationships with financial institutions and technology firms across the world to expand its offerings globally. The firm plans to introduce more innovative products and services tailored to the individual needs of its clients in new markets.
