T-Mobile sued after employee stole nude images from customer phone during trade-in

According to the complaint, the employee was able to access the photos without the couple’s consent and then shared the images with friends. The couple is suing for damages, citing the employee’s invasion of privacy and severe mental anguish caused by the incident.
