. He believes the term should be used responsibly to describe businesses with generally legitimate activities and implies a legitimate intent. He does not believe the term should be used to connote any type of illicit activity. He goes on to say that the term is often times inaccurately misappropriated in the media to describe a company executing illegitimate activities.
