Biden says Dems, GOP ‘remain committed’ to bipartisan solutions following McCarthy ouster
Joe Biden, the President of the United States, has expressed hope that Democrats and Republicans can continue to work together following House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s ouster. In a statement, Biden said he looks forward to continuing to work across the aisle and “ensuring that both sides remain committed to the important work needed to move our country forward.” He added that he was hopeful that bipartisan solutions would continue despite the recent ouster of McCarthy. Biden further stated that he wants both parties to come together and work on “issues such as infrastructure, health care, and more.”
